Here's what others have said about my presentations...
My name is Pierre Rousseau and I am the principal at Sir George Simpson Junior High School in St. Albert, Alberta. Sir George Simpson is a multi-track school offering French Immersion, English, and a variety of special need programs.
Recently, we had the pleasure of hosting Dominique Liboiron in our school.
Dominique addressed our students in French and in English in two separate assemblies of about 80 minutes each.
Dominique was fantastic. His demeanour was very appreciated by all students and teachers attending his sessions. In his presentation, Dominique was very eloquent about the virtues of courage, determination, and enthusiasm. He offered lots of rich advice to our students when dealing with challenges. His sense of humour was also appreciated by all.
Dominique also took time to answer questions and to engage in conversations with staff and students after the assemblies.
I sincerely recommend Dominique to your school.

Dear Dominique,
Thank you so much for your presentation last week on your canoe odyssey from Eastend to New Orleans. It was obvious that you had put much thought and preparation into your program.
The audience filled the theatre, which doesn't happen often and travelled along with you on your journey. The large number and variety of questions following your presentation attested to their interest and engagement.
On a personal note, I'd like to express my admiration for your determination and discipline in completing the journey. The spirit of the voyageur and coureur de bois is alive and well in the 21st century!
With thanks and best wishes,

I have known Dominique for almost a decade and I admire and respect him for his character, his intelligence and his sense of adventure.
Dominique did not paddle 3300 miles without a purpose. He did so to raise awareness on the risks of heart disease and how it caused the death of his beloved uncle Mitch, M’Nonc as he was known to those who knew him. His death at an early age affected Dominique and he felt he had to do something that would give some meaning and purpose to his loss.
Most people would not think of paddling a canoe from the Frenchman River in southern Saskatchewan and going south through the Missouri-Mississippi River system - but most people are not Dominique!
Dominique's presentation of his adventure, complete with photos, was told with passion, with humour, with poignancy and with a flair that made me want to get in a canoe and go somewhere.
Some people dream dreams; some people live them. Dominique had a dream and will share it with you. When he's finished, he may give you the desire to dream again and live it!
